Our company was founded in 2012 to provide Energy, Mining, Engineering, Pre-Feasibility, Project, Facility, and Consulting services to investor firms across Turkey. From our establishment to the present day, we have adopted the principle of carrying out all necessary work domestically and internationally in the fields of ENERGY, MINING, ENGINEERING, PRE-FEASIBILITY, PROJECTS, and FACILITIES under mining laws and regulations with our team that closely follows technological developments, and acting as a solution partner for any problems that may arise. While companies operating in the mining sector constitute the majority of our client portfolio, we also serve companies from various other sectors.

In recent years, the importance of mining in our country and our world has been rapidly increasing. Local and foreign companies are transitioning from other sectors to the mining sector. Our exports of finished products and raw ores linked to mining are multiplying every year.

The process, which begins with the determination of mineral reserves, continues with obtaining exploration licenses, transitioning to operation licenses, obtaining permits from relevant institutions to commence activities, and concludes with the sale of the extracted minerals.

Before and after mining activities, it is essential to obtain permits from institutions, ensure all documents are complete, and work in a harmonious and coordinated manner with all relevant institutions and the social environment. To avoid facing administrative fines, activity suspensions, license revocations, and other sanctions due to non-compliant activities, all documents must be complete, and attention must be paid to the matters stipulated in the relevant legislation.

Our partner company, Çinko-Mint. Ltd. Şti., has been established and is in the pilot plant establishment phase for Zinc-Oxide production, a first in Turkey and the world.
