Hello, I am Selahaddin. I graduated from the University of Leeds, Department of Mineral Processing in 1978 and completed my PhD studies on the Grindability of Minerals at the University of Leeds (1978-1982). Subsequently, I worked at ETİBANK Project and Implementation Department as an Engineer / Chief Engineer / Assistant Manager between 1982 and 1989. I served as the Head of the ETİBANK Planning and Coordination Department from 1989-1992, Head of the ETİBANK Projects and Implementation Department from 1992-1997, Head of the ETİBANK Marketing Department from 1997-1998, Consultant to the General Manager at Eti Holding A.Ş. from 1998-1999, Advisor to the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in 1999, Deputy General Manager at TEDAŞ (Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation) in 2001, Deputy Undersecretary at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in 2002, and General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Türkiye Kömür İşletmeleri (Turkish Coal Enterprises) from 2002-2011.

Afterward, I retired and subsequently founded Minertolia Consultancy Inc. in 2012, where I continue to develop and coordinate current projects by transferring my own experiences and knowledge to my team.
